Here is how it all works!
Want to know how to get a Kinderpack or a Kindercarry? Want to know a little more about how it all works? I know that it can be frustrating to try to figure out how the process comes together, and believe me, I wish I could make enough carriers for everyone who wants one. In the abscence of being able to do this, I have come up with some ways to fairly distribute my carriers, the best that I can.

All announcements pertaining to customs, pre-orders, and instocks are posted at the Facebook fan page. I also will double post on the Yahoo group and Twitter, but the Facebook group sees alot more action. It is best to be on all of them because you will get email updates from Yahoo and Twitter if you happen to not catch an announcement on the Facebook page. Make sure your Yahoo Kindercarry group notification settings are set to "individual emails" so you will get updated immediately when I post.
There are 3 ways to get a Kinderpack: pre-order (also referred to as 'co-op), instock and custom. I offer pre-orders and instocks regularly. Customs are rarely offered any more. I will briefly review how each of these work below.
PRE-ORDERS:
When I am ready to take pre-orders, I will announce it a day or 2 ahead of time (or randomly) on Facebook, Twitter, and on the Yahoo group. I usually have preview pictures and inactive listings on www.kindercarry.bigcartel.com for upcoming stockings. INSTOCKS:
Instocks are more and more common lately. Your carrier is sewn but needs to be processed and snaps put on. I generally say that I will ship within 7 business day. These stockings are announced on Facebook, Yahoo, and Twitter about a day or 2 ahead of time. These are also on www.kindercarry.bigcartel.com
CUSTOMS:
PLEASE NOTE: There isn't a custom waitlist for the Kinderpack and Kindercarry right now- it is currently closed with no set date to re-open. If you would like to keep up to date about the re-opening of the waitlist, please join the Kindercarry social media outlets linked above.
Process:
(this is how we did it last time- this process is subject to change)
When the time comes to open a new custom list, I will announce it a day ahead of time on Facebook and on the Yahoo group. You will be given a time to go to Facebook and watch for my update that says "do you want a custom Kinderpack?" There will be a 15 minute window to post to my update. No rushing to be the first person please-it won't be neccessary. No duplicates please- if you post more than once, you will be disqualified- no entering for someone else. I will use a random number generator for the slots. Just simply post "yes" to my update that states "do you want a custom Kinderpack?" I will count up all of the responses that are posted within the 15 minute window, and then calculate the winners with the number generator. The amount of slots available varies.
If you get on the customs list, you will receive a detailed information email from me with all instructions, but below is a primer of what to expect.
