The Kinderpack
The Kinderpack is a totally different kind of soft structured carrier! The first of its kind! It features a uniquely styled shaped and contoured body panel, that creates a rounded seat for baby's bottom. It molds to your child so comfortably and cradles their legs in upward comfort by fostering the reccomended "bottom-lower-than-knees" seated fashion. This puts baby in proper positioning unlike any other carrier. The Kinderpack is one of the widest carriers available, making it very comfy for baby. No legs dangling! The Kinderpack is also in a class of its own with offering 4 sizes for your child, including one of the only carriers on the market specifically designed for preschoolers! Our infant size boasts an adjustable base to change the width of the carrier- the only full soft structured carrier to do so. The standard size is perfect for those who want to buy once, keep forever. The toddler size is the best choice for your little one that is approaching 30 lbs or 32 inches, and wants to be arms in. And for those bigger kids who still want to snuggle and need a little help keeping up with the older ones, we offer the preschool size- no other carrier on the market is as large.

infant: 15" h x 9"-16" w- ages NB-18mos
standard: 16" h x 18" w- ages NB-3 yrs (infants will be legs in up to 6 mos)
toddler: 18" h x 19" w- ages 18 mos- 3+ yrs (starting at 25 lbs/32" tall)
preschool 20"h x 20" w- ages 3-5 yrs (starting at 35 lbs/38" tall)
the height measurements are without the headrest.
Also, the full buckle is available in 3 sizes for a perfect fit for you:
Petite: for mamas sz 8 and smaller, or 5'2" or shorter (16" straps)
Standard: sz 6-18 (20" straps)
Plus size: sz 16 and up (24" straps)
Features of the Kinderpack:
Straps: The straps of the full buckle are slightly contoured with an integrated, quick adjust, chest strap. The shoulder strap is generously padded for optimal comfort and is shaped just enough to avoid the dreaded underarm rub.
The semi curved, 3 part waistband of the full buckle conforms to most body shapes without pushing your pants down (this is a common problem with many other carriers!)
Hood: 2 piece lined hood that is aviator shaped. Very cute! The hood features the completely exclusive 'stuff and snap' hood design. Simply stuff the hood inside the body when not in use and snap the 2 piece structured headrest together! This also creates a pocket for soft items such as a diaper. Very convenient! You dont have to choose between a carrier with a headrest or a hood- the Kinderpack has both! The Kinderpack hood also features a buckled hood tie. You also have the option of detachable hoods- if you choose this feature, it does not come with the 'stuff and snap' design.
Body Panel: The 3 piece shaped contoured body is the first of its kind. The curved pieces form a bulbous seat pocket for baby's bottom that curves in at baby's back. This exclusive shaping promotes proper support and follows the shape of their little bottoms and backs, making their wearing experience as comfy as it can be. There really is a difference!
Structure: As with all Kindercarry baby carriers, canvas is the main fabric used for straps, body, and internal layers. You may infrequently see the Kinderpack made with twill or corduroy, but all stress points are reinforced with canvas where needed. Our carriers are some of the most supportive and sturdy on the market. All structural components are made from either 8 oz Brushed Canvas, 10 oz Organic Canvas, or 9-10 oz brushed bull denim, and paired with a fashion print for style. Each Kinderpack has an internal layer of 8 oz. canvas inside the body. Shoulder straps, webbing, and waistband are reinforced with bar tacking internally and X or V box reinforcement you can see on the outside at all joining points. All of these details make for an extremely strong and durable baby carrier.

The choices are endless! We have taken the newest innovations of the traditional Chinese mei tai and perfected them into the best wearing, hottest looking, most comfortable mei tai on the market, guaranteed. The proof is in the repeat business that is the heart of Kindercarry. I sew and design to make mamas and babies happy and secure- be assured that you will be as happy as all of my customers have been.
The Kindercarry comes in 3 sizes to insure that you have the perfect fit for your baby, at the right stage of development.

Features of the Kindercarry:
Straps- The contoured, tapered, lightly padded shoulder straps measure approximately 82"- this ensures that everyone has enough length to do the most comfortable methods of tying (check the instructions for these), even in a front carry. The contoured waist strap is a generous 75", and is one continuous piece, with quilted padding for comfort and soft structure. This gives you choice to wear the Kindercarry apron style or non-apron.
Hood- Each Kindercarry has a flap that hangs down in front that we call a hood. It is really just a support that you raise up and secure in case your baby falls asleep- this prevents head bobbling and neck strain for baby. The hood ties have snaps that secure it to the shoulder straps. The hood is also where the applique will be if you choose to have one added to your carrier.
Body Panel- This is where you show off your artistic styling......you can show your personality by choosing your own print and have it shipped to me for a complete custom, or you can choose from our frequent offerings of semi customs slots that include many choices of prints that I have hand picked for use on Kindercarries. You would then be able to choose all of your other details based on the print you choose for your body panel. These fabrics are typically lightweight to midweight cotton prints. Each Kindercarry has 2 internal layers of 8 oz. canvas inside the body. Our customers say that this makes even the heaviest of toddlers almost weightless. Shoulder straps are reinforced with bar tacking internally and X box reinforcement you can see on the outside. The waist strap is X box reinforced at the joining points as well. All of these details make for an extremely strong and durable baby carrier.
Applique- You may choose an applique for your Kindercarry. You can get something that you have seen me do in the past, or we can talk about doing something new and different. I will do my best to recreate your vision that you see for your carrier. A great place to start is to view my Flickr album- you can get some really helpful ideas there.
Custom choices- I frequently offer custom slots for my carriers. This means you pick your own print to ship to me, and you pick from one of my many canvas colors to match your print. You can also choose 2 prints to go reversible- it's like getting 2 carriers for the price of 1! You can choose applique or no applique. Heck, on a reversible, you can go for 2 appliques!
